Terms of Use

Rules for using Yoofi.

These terms govern access to and use of the Yoofi MVP operated by Softwhere Pty Ltd as of March 9, 2026.

Effective date: March 9, 2026

Scope and acceptance

By accessing or using Yoofi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using Yoofi for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.

Accounts and workspace responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or within your workspace.
  • Workspace admins are responsible for managing who can access their workspace and portal settings.

User content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Yoofi, including ideas, comments, descriptions, and other materials. You give Softwhere Pty Ltd a non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve Yoofi.

You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, accurate enough for its intended purpose, and does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Do not interfere with Yoofi, bypass security controls, or misuse another user's account.
  • Do not scrape or automate access beyond the published API, product features, and rate limits.
  • Do not use Yoofi to send spam, impersonate others, or distribute malware.

Billing and third-party services

Paid features, if enabled for your workspace, are offered through the pricing and checkout flows presented in Yoofi. Billing operations may rely on Stripe-hosted services, and third-party provider terms may apply to those parts of the experience.

Availability and changes

Yoofi is an evolving product. Softwhere Pty Ltd may update, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect active customers, billing, or data handling.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Because Yoofi depends on internet infrastructure and third-party services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Updates to these terms

Softwhere Pty Ltd may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated terms take effect from the date they are published unless a later date is stated.
