How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, set up a workspace, submit feedback, comment on ideas, vote, follow updates, or use billing features.
We also generate some information automatically while the service runs, including session records, security-related events, and operational logs needed to keep Yoofi reliable and abuse-resistant.
How we use it
- To create and manage accounts, workspaces, and public portals.
- To authenticate users, maintain sessions, and secure the service.
- To publish ideas, roadmap updates, announcements, and notifications.
- To process subscription and billing workflows through Stripe.
- To investigate misuse, enforce our rules, and comply with legal obligations.
When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate Yoofi, including hosting, infrastructure, database, and payment providers. Payment card data is handled by Stripe in Stripe-hosted flows and is not stored directly by Yoofi.
Information you submit into a workspace or public portal may be visible to workspace admins and, where the portal is public, to other visitors. We may also disclose information where required to respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the platform and its users.
International handling
Depending on hosting and payment configuration, personal information may be processed outside Australia. Softwhere Pty Ltd will update this statement with more specific locations as production infrastructure is finalized.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, maintain security, meet billing or audit requirements, and comply with law. Yoofi uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the MVP, including hashed passwords, hashed session tokens, access controls, audit logging, and HTTPS in production deployments.

You can update some account and workspace details inside Yoofi. If you need access to, correction of, or help with your personal information, contact Softwhere Pty Ltd through the support details made available for your workspace or sales process.
